Clients are assisted to explore factors impacting them/their relationships, how they might move towards helpful habits, learn skills and ways of coping to improve their quality of life. Family collaboration underpins support.
Specialisations include: Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Assessment of Specific Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia), Intellectual functioning. Support is provided for emotional regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges, autistic/ADHD/adult burnout, and periods of stress, overwhelm or life transition.
Therapy is compassionate, practical and tailored to each person. Cognitive behavioural strategies including creative activities with children/youth are used.
