As a Generalist Psychologist, I help you clarify goals, process emotional wounds, uncover strengths, and build resilience so you can create a life that aligns with who you are and what you desire. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy & solution-focused techniques,

I offer appointments both in-person and online. In-person sessions are held in Murrumbeena on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at Hawksburn Health on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
