We are a group of compassionate and experienced therapists. We have experience in treating children; adolescents and adults and can assist with issues such as: Dealing with grief and loss; Understanding sexuality and gender issues; Disordered eating; Personality disorders Mood disorders; Anxiety; Depression; Dealing with life transitions; and Anger management. We also provide full cognitive assessments for adults (16 years and older), including interpretive reports.
We work hard to build a supportive therapeutic alliance with our clients and utilise models such as: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Schema Therapy (ST); and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
We offer Telehealth sessions, as well as online, self-paced groups and stand-alone group sessions. We are able to service clients wherever they may be in the country and have services to suit most individuals.
