I have special interests in the treatment of Personality Disorders, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder. Other areas of interest include Interpersonal Relationships & Conflicts, Anxiety, Women's Health and Substance Use Disorders. I enjoy working with a range of clients including Adults, Adolescents and Couples.
My approach to therapy is individualised and tailored to meet the unique needs of the client. My focus is to build a good foundation in the therapist and client relationship. From this, I seek to learn about clients’ emotional experiences. I like to use integrative approaches to therapy, bringing together various modalities of treatment.
I am warm, compassionate and easy to talk to. My aim is to connect with clients on an emotional level, and create a safe space for clients to be vulnerable.
