Constanza is a Registered Psychologist in Australia and Chile. For Constanza, therapy should be a safe space for individuals to explore their inner selves and their difficulties. Constanza has worked extensively with clients struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and depression since 2015 in different sectors, including NDIS, workers’ compensation (SIRA), and private practice. Her warm and empathetic approach to therapy provides a secure therapeutic space, combined with evidence-based change strategies. This helps her clients feel understood and, at the same time, empowered to achieve and maintain change.

I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) registered psychotherapist/counsellor member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and have completed a Master of Counselling at University of New England. I have also been trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in Madrid, Spain. First and foremost I like to think of myself as warm and empathetic, aiming to create a neutral space for you to explore your concerns and understand yourself. I am a member of the LGBTIQ+ community and am comfortable working with issues specific to being a part of this community.

Rosien is a warm and approachable clinical psychologist with many years of experience. Rosien works with individuals and couples, and welcome clients of all ages. Creating a safe space where you can disclose your personal problems and feel supported is Rosien's top priority. Rosien has a particular interest in helping clients who are experiencing self-esteem issues, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety or psychosomatic issues. Rosie is originally from Belgium and have worked in a number of different countries so she can offer a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. In addition to English, Rosien can speak Dutch, French and Spanish.

I am a warm and non-judgmental therapist, who enjoys working collaboratively with my clients. I use a humanistic approach and a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate goal achievements. I work reflectively and obtain feedback from my clients to ensure treatment plans make genuine sense through their time in therapy. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with people from many walks of life. I grew up locally, and worked in various fields at home and abroad before being inspired to pursue Clinical Psychology training while working with mental health professionals on a human rights consultancy in Indonesia. Since then, I have worked in public health/hospital and private settings, treating issues as diverse as depression and motivational issues, anxiety in its many forms, substance and behavioural addictions, grief and trauma, chronic disease adjustment, and palliative care.

I am an educational and developmental psychologist with a particular interest in childhood, adolescent, and adult mental health, resilience building, and positive well-being. Brazilian born Psychologist, Carla Bonetti understands that we all need help at times to navigate life’s challenges. I enjoy supporting people who are becoming aware of aspects of their lives that aren't working anymore and are ready to change things :) I feel very passionate about supporting teenagers who need encouragement to be themselves. I also have a lot to provide to migrants and people who live away from their families. Helping people to understand why we feel anxious and depressed, why we may have compulsions, overeat or restrict our food, etc. are crucial aspects of my job, that I love. Becoming aware of why we experience these symptoms is the first step to change them, which we will do too.
