I'm Sorcha, an Art Therapist and Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children and families.
I use somatic, expressive and trauma-informed approaches to growth and healing.
I use both talk therapy as well as art therapy: using drawing, painting, ceramics, textiles poetry, creative writing, and other modalities to assist with emotional expression, the exploration of inner worlds and accessing flow states. My approach is client-centered, I shape treatments collaboratively with my clients. I believe in using the systematic and structural to understand distress trauma, and conflict.
