When you've spent so long trying to keep the peace or make sense of someone else's behaviour, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. You may be navigating a relationship shaped by narcissistic traits, recovering from domestic/family violence, or managing family conflict that has left you questioning your reality. Our work together isn't about labelling or diagnosing the people in your life. Rather, making sense of what you've lived through and how it has shaped the way you see yourself and your relationships. Together, we'll gently untangle patterns like self-doubt, people pleasing, and hypervigilance with curiosity and compassion.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the protective strategies that became necessary to help you cope. Rather than fighting against them, we help them recognise they are no longer need to work so hard to keep you safe. This creates space to reconnect with yourself and move towards the life you want to live with greater confidence.
The aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you regain clarity, feel more grounded in your own choices that feel aligned with who you are and what matters to you. Over time, many people find they take up more space in their own lives, with less uncertainty and more connection. I’m here to walk with you through that, no matter how long or difficult it may seem.
