I specialise in anxiety and trauma. So if you often feel on edge or anxious without fully understanding why, find yourself repeating patterns in relationships that leave you feeling stuck, feel disconnected from yourself or unsure who you really are or find yourself reflecting on childhood experiences and how they may still be shaping you today I am likely a good fit for you. If you’re tired of feeling on edge or unsure of yourself, we’ll work together to understand what’s underneath and help you feel calmer, clearer and more in control.
I’m not a “nod and smile” therapist (although I do smile a lot). Our work is collaborative, thoughtful and active. I’ll help you notice patterns, connect past and present experiences and gently challenge what’s keeping you stuck. My approach is person-centred, compassionate and grounded in real change.
