I work with individuals and couples navigating life's harder moments: anxiety, grief, relationship breakdowns, low self-esteem, burnout, or simply feeling stuck. Many clients aren't in crisis; they just sense something is "off" and want space to think it through with someone outside their usual circle. Others come after a specific rupture, like a breakup or issues in the workplace. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for them, building the safety and self-understanding needed to move from overwhelmed to grounded.
I offer sessions in person in Sydney or online across Australia. I'm person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, parts work, and attachment theory. With couples, I use the Gottman Method to build connection and repair. I'm ACA registered, Lifeline trained, and a Mental Health First Aid facilitator.
You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. Feeling stuck or like something's not right is reason enough. I take what you bring seriously, but I don't take myself too seriously, expect warmth, honesty, no judgement, and the odd bit of humour along the way. A free 15-min call is a low-pressure way to see if we're a fit.
