I am a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker with 12 years experience specialising in trauma therapy for adults. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and Resource Therapy, and I work with individuals impacted by PTSD, Complex PTSD, single-incident trauma, attachment and relational trauma, sexual assault, family violence, and relationship difficulties.
I am an outcome-focused therapist who works collaboratively with clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change. Central to my work is the creation of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
I work with clients via NDIS, WorkCover/WorkSafe, GP referral via a MHCP, and self-referral.
I draw on a range of evidence-based trauma therapies including EMDR, Resource Therapy, FLASH 2.0, Trauma-Focused CBT, ACT, and other trauma-informed approaches. My aim in therapy is to support clients in achieving significant symptom reduction and improved functioning in their lives.
