I offer private counselling, a space for you to come back to what truly matters to you and how you choose to respond to the challenges of your life going forward. Sessions are reflective and paced at your own rhythm. Making sense of our experiences helps us become more fully alive in the present, with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose as well as greater clarity, wisdom, gratitude and inner coherence.
I am a mature-age counsellor with 10 years of full-time experience. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, a collaborative and empowering therapy that reconnects you to your core values and commitments, as well as to your sources of meaning and purpose. I have strong experience working respectfully with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
