I invite clients to engage in mindful self-observation, so they can learn more about who they are and how they unconsciously affect their environment. This depth work strengthens capacities for connection, aliveness and resilience. My aim is to help people enhance the way they live, work and relate to others. My approach is underpinned by a deep commitment to create a safe and respectful working relationship; one that supports growth and strengthens a sense of Self.
I bring a depth of experience and a unique combination of skills and qualifications to my practice, with over 20 years’ expertise assisting individuals and groups to transform their ways of working and being, including engagements across a broad range of industries and modes - private practice, corporate, university, government and the not-for-profit sector.
Therapy may be short-term to long-term, depending on individual needs and conducted on a weekly basis. I am committed to on-going personal development, supervision and professional development, which now includes completion of a three-year postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, working with disorders of the self and core personality styles.
