As a somatic psychotherapist trained in Somatic Experiencing, body-based psychotherapy, and parts work, I integrate nervous system regulation with relational and embodied approaches. Sessions are collaborative and attuned, grounded in present-moment experience to support safety, resilience, and lasting change.
