Hello! I am a registered art therapist and I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing major life changes, identity questions, or mental health challenges. I also support those caring for loved ones with dementia or navigating neurodivergence. My goal is to provide a safe, creative, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace even when words are hard to find.
I offer primarily person-centred and strength based art therapy with a combination of approaches such as narrative therapy, play, DBT, and psychodynamic to help me adapt to your needs.
I have experience with working with dementia, aged care and youth mental health. I offer group art therapy programs for those who wish to have a try with art therapy.
I am open to conversation and am always content to walk alongside your life's journey, providing guidance when needed as quality of life and creative expression is for all ages.
