I’m a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist who works from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens. With a background in Gestalt therapy and a deep personal understanding of AUDHD and complex trauma, I offer compassionate, creative support for sensitive souls, neurodivergent adults, overwhelmed parents, and anyone navigating life transitions or self-doubt.
My approach is gentle, experiential, and deeply affirming. I bring over two decades of lived experience as a mother of six and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman. I offer creative, experiential therapies that make space for what can’t easily be spoken, but still longs to be seen.
I work well with people who feel too much, who’ve learned to hide or hustle for belonging and who are tired of doing it alone.

Online Art Process Group
This online group is an inclusive non-judgement process group. There is no art skills necessary. It is an inward looking and outward expressing couple of hours with no pressure to share or talk but the invitation to share and talk is offered. There will be a prompt or two with plenty of time and space. Drawing, mark-making, collage, clay, water colours and paint. There is no outcome to achieve. Just showing up for ourselves and tuning in to ourselves and having a go is a radical and beautiful gift to give ourselves. Please contact me for more infomation.
