Hi, I’m Simone Soliman, a Registered Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, school-related challenges, and life transitions. I also provide comprehensive ADHD and cognitive assessments. My approach draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions. I am passionate about helping clients build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
