You or your child may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted, even while appearing to cope well on the outside. You may be experiencing low mood, self-doubt, difficulty focusing or organising, intense emotions, relationship or friendship challenges, work or school stress, or a major life transition. Children may also struggle with frustration, big emotions, friendships or expressing what they need. I offer a supportive space for children and adults to better understand their emotions, build confidence and develop practical ways to navigate everyday challenges.
I support children and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficulties with emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships or focus. I also have a particular interest in ADHD and BPD. My approach is warm, person-centred and tailored to each client’s age, needs and goals.
