Simone is a Clinical Psychologist, who has worked extensively with adults in public health (Adult Mental Health, ABI, and HIV Services) and private practice. Simone aims to create a warm, and compassionate environment that draws on her clients’ innate strengths and wisdom.
She has a particular interest in trauma, and unresolved early life experiences. This interest had led to advanced clinical training in Schema Therapy, which she will often integrate with CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT skills as needed.
Simone works with a wide range of presentations including Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, PTSD, Complex Trauma, Stress and Adjustment Related Disorders. Simone is only available to work with Medicare or privately funded clients, and currently cannot accept referrals for Workcover, TAC, or clients requiring medico-legal reports.
