As a clinical psychologist, I focus on building strong, collaborative relationships with my patients. My goal is to help patients process unconscious emotions and conflicts, along with early-life experiences, while identifying patterns of thought and behaviour that contribute to their ongoing psychological suffering. I specialise in assisting patients with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
My therapeutic training includes psychoanalytic psychotherapy, intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), schema therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
