Hi! I’m Gen, a psychologist at Silver Birch Psychology. I have a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults, particularly those who are neurodivergent, have experienced complex trauma, or are living with chronic and complex mental health conditions.
My passion is providing a warm, friendly, and non-judgemental space where young people can better understand themselves, their experiences, and their strengths, while working collaboratively with parents, schools, GPs, and other supports to promote understanding, connection, and positive change.
Silver Birch Psychology welcomes questions from young people, family and friends, and referring practitioners and services at any time. Meet and greets are available at no charge for young people who may be anxious about accessing new services.
