About
Sigrid is a compassionate and engaging psychologist who assists clients to overcome a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, mood disorders, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and attachment issues. Sigrid assists clients to achieve their wellbeing goals through a person-centred, evidence-based approach, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and Motivational Interviewing into her practice. She tailors interventions to suit each clients individual needs and works with youth through to adults.
I am passionate about helping others to live a life of meaning and value and to overcome their obstacles. I provide a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where issues can be discussed openly and honestly. I offer face-to-face consults in person or via telehealth using Zoom.
Please reach out to me via the email provided which will be forwarded to admin at Elysium Psychology. Fees are $180 per session. A Medicare rebate of $88.25 per session is available for up to 20 sessions. Clients with NDIS, WorkCover or VOCAT funding for psychological assistance will have their sessions fully covered within their funding allowance.
