I’m a Clinical Psychologist working with people aged 14 and over from Stones Corner, Coorparoo, and surrounding areas. Many of my clients are in their 20s and 30s, navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, emotional intensity, identity issues, or relationship patterns. Often, they’re seeking insight into why familiar struggles keep showing up, even when life looks fine on the surface, and they’re ready to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist using CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and DBT, underpinned by attachment and psychodynamic theory. I’ve supported clients with ADHD, anxiety, eating disorders, identity struggles, bipolar, BPD, self-worth, and grief. Therapy is flexible and collaborative, tailored to your needs, pace, and goals.
