About
Are you a young woman who struggles with fear of abandonment and wants to live free from the anxiety that keeps you stuck, worried, and insecure about intimate relationships? Are you feeling alone in your relationship or constantly arguing with your partner? Or have you and your partner grown apart over the years, unable to find meaningful ways to connect with each other? Feeling safe and secure in close relationships is a fundamental human need, but some struggle to find security in relationships due to trauma and other life experiences. I am here to help you through your emotional distress and achieve safety in your relationship.
I help young adult women who struggle with a fear of abandonment, to relieve their anxiety and finally enjoy the secure relationship they want. I also help couples, who feel emotionally disconnected from each other to find safety and security in their relationship, by helping them understand the patterns that have kept them stuck in their relationship.
If you are looking for a counsellor specialising in relationships, who treats you as a whole person and does not define you by your symptoms, is genuine, compassionate, culturally sensitive, and helps you gain deeper self-awareness to improve your personal and interpersonal issues, then get in touch with me now! I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
