In a warm and collaborative space, our work will blend EMDR, ACT, CBT and psychodynamic practices - customized to your pace and goals. Currently accepting new clients, offering both in-person sessions locally and telehealth across Australia (Medicare rebates available with GP referral; NDIS registered provider).
You’ll find a therapeutic space that’s warm, collaborative, and centred around your unique needs. My approach draws from a range of evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic methods— to support both immediate relief and deeper healing.
