| 中文 I am a Brisbane-based bilingual counsellor specialising in Complex PTSD (CPTSD), developmental trauma, and long-standing relational patterns shaped by early or chronic trauma (such as emotional overwhelm, freeze, dissociation, flashbacks, and toxic shame).
With nearly 20 years of counselling experience across China and Australia, I hold dual Master’s degrees in Mental Health and Counselling (Australia), as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology (China). I primarily work with Chinese-speaking clients and provide culturally attuned counselling for those navigating complex trauma and relational difficulties.
My work is structured, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, DBT, and narrative approaches to support nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and the rebuilding of boundaries, self-trust, and a stable sense of self.
I have advanced training in complex trauma recovery, including Janina Fisher’s Complex Trauma Training (Levels 1 & 2), with additional training in Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My practice is best suited for individuals seeking in-depth, structured trauma work rather than general supportive counselling.
