Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns shaping their emotional wellbeing, and together we develop practical, evidence-based strategies for lasting change. Having migrated to Australia as an adult and changed careers before becoming a psychologist, I bring a breadth of life experience and an appreciation of life's transitions, identity and change. I feel privileged to support people in rebuilding hope and creating a meaningful life.
I have particular interests in working with bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and relational trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative clinician and I work hard to collaborate with clients in therapy. My work is tailored to each individual and draws primarily on Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT.
