In my therapeutic practice, I support individuals navigating various challenges, including OCD, trauma, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship issues—whether stemming from bereavement or separation. While I enjoy working with people of all genders, cultures, and neurotypes, I have a special interest in supporting South Asians, men, and neurodivergent individuals, drawing from my own experience as a Sri Lankan ADHDer.
I take a casual and 'human first, psychologist second' approach to my my work. I utilise an integrated approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
