I help individuals who have experienced trauma—especially complex trauma related to domestic abuse, childhood adversity, or overwhelming life events. You may feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, even if the trauma happened long ago. You might not identify your experience as trauma, but you know that something isn’t right and that your usual ways of coping aren’t working anymore. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to begin healing at your own pace.
I work with people aged 8 and over who are experiencing issues such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and stress caused by life challenges. Many of my clients carry shame, guilt, or a sense of powerlessness. Some have tried therapy before but found it hard to fully engage or didn’t feel safe enough to process what they were holding.
I use a trauma-informed approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), CBT, ACT, and DBT. Together, we work to reduce distressing symptoms, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your values, goals, and sense of self.
