I have a special interest in eating disorders and supporting people to develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food, their bodies and themselves. I address issues such as disordered eating, body image issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, shame, unresolved trauma and social difficulties.
I create a space where you can feel truly heard, a place where you can be honest, unfiltered and completely yourself; free from the pressure of needing to have it all figured out. I meet my clients with care and respect for where they are in their individual process of change and recovery.
I am a credentialed eating disorder clinician, and I work from a compassionate, recovery-oriented and size-inclusive framework. I support pre-teens, adolescents and adults experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
My aim is to support you in exploring the origins of body shaming and self-doubt, understanding how these patterns show up in your daily life and move towards a life that feels aligned, meaningful and more like your own. Where helpful, I work alongside families and carers, and collaborate closely with GPs and dieticians to ensure safe, comprehensive care.
