A compassionate and empathetic Counsellor, I aim to establish a supportive relationship and a safe space to enable people to navigate their challenges while building on their strengths, values and goals. With extensive experience in providing mental health and addiction counselling, I work from a strengths-based, trauma informed perspective.
Treating the whole person by addressing mind, body, and lifestyle factors, my goal is to bring hope and empower people to make positive changes to achieve personal growth and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
My qualifications include a Master of Clinical Counselling and I have a background as a Pharmacist which gives me valuable knowledge of medications and pharmacotherapy. In addition my life experiences, including being a parent to three adult children, all enhance my counselling practice.
