Therapy for women who carry too much, eldest daughters, high-functioning burnout, and identity healing. I work with women who are often the “strong one” or someone others rely on. Many feel emotionally overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves while still functioning highly in daily life. They may be navigating identity, cultural expectations, or people-pleasing patterns. In our work together, I create a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and help you move toward feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
I offer a person-centred approach, guided by your pace and what feels most supportive for you. I integrate solution-focused and strength-based therapy to help you build practical coping skills, understand your patterns, and feel more emotionally grounded and in control.
