Hello and welcome, my name is Erica Rundle and I’m the owner of She Counselling, a private women's only counselling practice located in Mittagong in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales. I work exclusively with women over 18 years who present with mild to moderate symptoms or life challenges, particularly those seeking support with domestic violence and abuse (including narcissistic abuse recovery), healing from toxic relationships, and single parenting.
In my work with clients, I strive to create an empathetic environment that is warm, supportive, and relaxed because I believe being heard can give you the greatest feeling of relief you may ever experience on your healing journey. I know (personally!) the courage it takes to share your challenges with a counsellor so hearing your story would be an honour.
My approach to counselling is grounded in both ‘textbook’ and ‘real life’ because I believe this provides clients with a more holistic and empowering therapeutic experience. I am passionate about women’s mental health so please reach out to see if I can help support you and your unique needs. It would be my pleasure to help you create the life you deserve!
