My experience includes working with all of life's challenges, and mental health difficulties: from anxiety & depression, to relationships, ADHD, ASD, & chronic illness. From the young to the mature, couples and families, we create a safe space to explore the tricky places that can keep us stuck, and find an easier path forward. With compassion and curiosity, I enjoy supporting each person to build a greater understanding, sense of self worth & confidence.
My expertise covers the full spectrum of life's challenges, from relationship difficulties & dissatisfaction, to severe & complex mental illness in the public system. Specialist expertise incl personality disorders, anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, & eating disorders. Sharon has a special understanding of those experiencing chronic illness and disability.
