I provide a counselling service with a focus on behavioural and emotional difficulties, as well as significant life transition issues, in a caring and supportive environment. I'll work with you to understand the problems you are facing today in the context of your past patterns and relationships. We will untangle the reasons why you might be facing the current difficulties and explore different ways forward, at your own pace and without judgement. My services are also tailored to help clients navigate their business and career paths, relying on behavioural finance principles and financial psychotherapy.
I am a licenced Gestalt practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. My personalised approach ensures you receive tailored support throughout your therapeutic journey, emphasising the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My approach combines research with practical, behaviour-based strategies to help you navigate challenging moments and behaviours.
Please reach out for a free fifteen-minute consultation to see if we can work together. I usually recommend committing to four to six sessions then we can reassess. Some people have short term needs and others like to commit to weekly sessions for deeper work and/or personal growth. It’s up to you. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments.
