Hello, I’m a Level 2 Registered Counsellor with Australian Counselling Association, and I’ve been supporting people on their healing journeys since 2018. I’m passionate about empowering individuals, improving mental health, and helping people create meaningful, lasting change.
I hold two majors — Grief & Loss and Child Development & Effective Parenting — which allows me to support a wide range of clients, from those navigating deep emotional pain to parents wanting more confidence and connection with their children.
I also work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, men’s mental health, and pet bereavement counselling
I offer compassionate, practical support tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Whether someone is dealing with loss, stress, family challenges, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and confident, I walk alongside them with empathy and respect.
I love blending counselling with elements of life coaching, helping people rediscover their strengths, build clarity, and feel empowered to move forward.
