Our clinic is passionate about providing high quality, evidence-based services, to both individuals and couples. We support clients with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, adjustment, trauma/PTSD, OCD, addiction, anger, sleep difficulties and interpersonal concerns. Our psychologists ensure psychological intervention is tailored to suit the needs of our clients.
VPC psychologists are trained in various treatment modalities to assist clients in achieving their goals. With regards to myself, I incorporate various evidence-based treatments and strategies into my practice, however, my preferred treatment approach is CBT, a goal-directed and leading evidence-based treatment for a range of psychological concerns.
