I have a strong background with trauma and complex mental health issues. I am down to earth, warm & empathic. I endeavour to build a collaborative and therapeutic relationship, and to practice an affirming approach to neurodiversity and LGBQIA+. I believe a “good fit” is vital to the therapeutic process and want to create a safe and validating space. I am client-centred and draw on a variety of evidence-based interventions best suited to your needs and preferences (I prefer schema therapy, DBT, and EMDR). I have been privileged to work with a variety of people of all ages and walks of life and currently see 18+
