I offer individual therapy that is collaborative, relational and down-to-earth. I support those experiencing relational and emotional challenges, and those who may be experiencing a sense of 'stuckness' in life. Grounded by a contemporary psychodynamic perspective, I have a I have a particular interest in exploring and understanding these difficulties through the lens of early developmental experiences and unconscious patterns of relating and coping - that although once protective, may now be getting in the way.
I am experienced in a range of evidence-based therapy modalities, including long-term psychotherapy and more focused and practical approaches.
I am committed to facilitating a safe, open and creative space in therapy that aims to support you towards a greater sense of self-agency, authenticity and meaning in your life. Please reach out, I would love to hear how I could be of support to you.
