I offer sex and relationship therapy, EMDR therapy, and individual counselling (online). I am passionate about working with sexual and relationship concerns, including pornography use ("porn addiction"), orgasm difficulties, low desire, sexual pain (e.g. vaginismus), and erectile challenges (e.g. erectile dysfunction, premature and delayed ejaculation). I also support individuals healing from trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD), sexual abuse, anxiety and shame, and rebuilding confidence in their sense of self. Couples often seek my support to strengthen communication, rebuild trust after betrayal, and deepen emotional and sexual connection.

My approach is warm and practical. Your goals, comfort, and boundaries are my priority. I will always ask what you need from our time together, prioritising what matters most to you while also offering structure, skills, and education where helpful. There is permission to explore openly, while also honouring your pace, and where we need to tread gently.
