As a registered counsellor specialising in sex, dating and relationships, I support individuals and couples in communicating more effectively, deepening intimacy and navigating conflict in ways that strengthen trust and respect. I also specialise in ADHD and autism, helping adults unmask so that they can connect more authentically in their relationships. The clients I work with are often self-aware but feel stuck in not knowing how to transform that awareness into action. They're wanting to create sustainable, positive change in their lives and build meaningful relationships that don't just tolerate who they are, but celebrate it.
I help clients break through the walls they keep hitting in their relationships by pinpointing their self-sabotaging patterns. Using a hybrid of therapy and coaching, we then map out the steps required to really move forward in life. For my neurodivergent clients, I often serve as their "translator", guiding them on how to speak one another's language.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult that used to struggle with burnout and has been in relationships where I felt like I couldn't be myself, I understand the feeling of living a life that doesn't quite fit.
