As a Sexologist and Registered Counsellor, I support individuals and couples facing challenges in sex, communication, dating, libido, FIFO relationships, neurodiversity (ADHD/autism), family stresses, sexual difficulties/pain, codependency, healing from betrayal, ENM/polyamory, and more. I work with LGBTQ+ people and anyone feeling constrained or exhausted by the pressures to have a certain kind of marriage/relationship, career, appearance etc and help them reconnect back to their values and purpose, stepping more into the life they want to have.
As a Narrative Therapist and previous journalist I firmly believe that the stories we tell ourselves shape us. When we hold onto stories of fear, our limitations and insecurities it takes a toll on our relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves. I help people connect more to the stories they want to live by to have more meaningful relationships
