Sensory Solutions Sand and Play Therapy provides creative, supportive intervention for people of all ages, who are struggling to adjust to changing circumstances, trauma, depression, anger.
In sandtray therapy each session is client centred and tailored to meet the identified needs and a plan can be discussed that meets the agreed goals. An intake session and introduction to sandtray therapy is the first step, followed by a series of sessions, minimum of 6, which can be weekly or fortnightly.
