Many of my clients come to me for support with their gender identity or expression, questions about sexuality, or challenges in their intimate relationships (including open and poly relationships). Together, we take time to understand where these struggles come from, reflect on the emotional weight they may carry, and find practical steps toward healing and growth. I love walking alongside my clients as they work through life’s challenges. My hope is to help them grow in confidence so they can continue their journey on their own, carrying with them the strategies and insights we’ve discovered together.
I am trained in various psychological modalities (CBT, ACT, EMDR, EFCT, Sex Therapy) to address problems. Together, I would determine what approach suits my client best, based on their neurotype, learning style, preference and personality. I work in a transparent and collaborative way, as a guide and mentor.
