Hi there I'm Sel, I'm your friendly neighbourhood sex and relationship therapist. My specialties include: relationship therapy, relationship/sexual anxiety, desire discrepancy, porn use, non-monogamy, sexual function and neurodivergence. With qualifications in psychology, sociology, relationship counselling, and psychosexual therapy, I provide the intersection of current research, clinical expertise and life experience.
I work with folks from many different walks of life, yet all who feel stuck in their relationship, their bodies or sex lives wondering "how did I get here?" or "is it even possible to work through this?".
I believe in the healing power of relationships and the importance of together learning how to be good romantic and sexual partners to ourselves and each other, whether that be learning how to navigate vulnerable conversations, creating new patterns, getting out of our heads and into our bodies, prioritising our sexual selves and more.
I aim to be transparent in all that I do, and I work from a pleasure-centric, non-pathologising and holistic approach. Anchored in somatic, queer and intersectional theories, I believe in empowerment through education, pleasure and connection. I'm so excited to meet you in this journey and I'm so glad you're here.
