As a clinical sex and relationship therapist, I work with folks from different walks of life, yet all who feel stuck in their relationship, their bodies or sex lives wondering "how did I get here?" or "is it possible to work through this?". My specialties include relationship therapy, sexual anxiety, desire discrepancy/low sexual desire, discovering sexuality at all life stages, non-monogamy and neurodivergence.

I believe in the healing power of relationships and the importance of together learning how to be good romantic and sexual partners to ourselves and each other, whether that be learning how to navigate vulnerable conversations, creating new patterns, getting out of our heads, prioritising our sexual selves and more.
Anchored in somatic and queer theories, I reflect back where I see you getting stuck and offer other paths through education, pleasure and connection.
