I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and young people across a range of psychological and life challenges. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel seen, heard, respected, and supported in their journey toward greater wellbeing.
I am the proud Co-Founder of Seen Psychology. In building Seen, my vision was to create accessible, high-quality mental health support in a space that feels welcoming rather than clinical.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT and EFT with a strong foundation in attachment theory. EFT is incredibly effective in couples therapy, which is an area of speciality for me - but at the heart of my work is a client-centred philosophy.I believe in working alongside you, at your pace, with warmth and authenticity
