Once we understand our reactions, we can better understand how to respond in a healthier way. Some people only need a couple of sessions or for others it could be an ongoing partnership. I am David Baker, an accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I have worked with adults and young people for over 3 years, both online and in my private practice. I use a range of approaches including Person Centred, CBT, Systems and Narrative Therapies. My focus is on how I can help you to get your life back and cope with life's challenges.
