I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Attachment-based therapy — three of the most research-supported approaches for relationship healing. Together, we get underneath surface conflict to the emotional needs and patterns driving it, so real, lasting change becomes possible.
