I work from an understanding that many of life's concerns stem from our past experiences in relationships. It is therefor of primary concern to understand and address how we are in relationship, and what fixed patterns get in the way of living a more meaningful and enriching life. I work with warmth and curiosity to help develop a deeper understanding of the area of concern and better make sense of why particular patterns might be present for client's.

I have worked in a broad range of area's including trauma, youth mental health, general counselling / therapy, parenting assessments, addiction and health. I believe that many of life's concerns are rarely easily categorised or defined and often can be understood in a multitude of different ways.
