About
Do you feel like there is more to life? Do you feel alone in your primary relationships? Do you feel that you don't know yourself? I am here to support you .My approach is relational, non-judgemental and de-pathologising. I aim to level the power imbalance, so, rather than being the expert, we work together in an authentic collaborative relationship in a process of awareness-raising. Together, we come to understand habitual patterns, unmet attachment needs & longings - toward desired, lasting change through open, safe and honest communication with clear boundaries.
Meaningful and lasting change takes time and repetition. I support my clients to build exercises, experiments and practice into their daily lives. I understand the repetition required for enduring change occurs inside and outside the therapy room. Counselling and psychotherapy can be an important part of the healing process, but it is not the whole process.
If you need support with your marriage/relationship or you're just struggling to get up in the morning and keep going, I'd love to help you. Please call, text or email me to schedule a free 20 minute consultation so we can decide if we are a good fit for each other.
